Leki
Pole Length Advisor
A pole's length is an important factor when it comes to utilizing all the benefits, whether for trail running, trekking or walking.
The correct length pole should support proper technique and enable an optimal transfer of strength. This only works when the pole is the right length and this can vary a great deal according to the type of sport.

GLOVE SIZE ADVISOR
So that they can perform their function, the gloves must fit your hands. In order to be certain during your purchase that you are choosing the right size, LEKI has a glove size aide that you can utilize. With this tool you can determine the ideal size and as a result ensure that you end up with the right glove size.
This is how you find your glove size: measure your hand circumference at its widest point. The resulting circumference corresponds to the specified LEKI glove sizes.
POLE & GLOVE CARE TIPS
LEKI products are known for their exceptional quality and durability. To ensure your poles and gloves have a long lifespan, it's essential to properly maintain them.
Maintain Your Gloves
Proper care can greatly extend the life of your gloves. Always air your gloves thoroughly after use, avoiding storage when damp or wet, and regularly clean them with a damp cloth. If necessary, gently hand-wash them in lukewarm water with a small amount of mild detergent. Avoid heavy-duty detergents and/or fragrance sprays. Allow them dry at room temperature. Do not use a tumble dryer, heater, or hairdryer, as heat can damage the fabric and laminations.
Maintain Your Telescoping Poles
Regular inspection will ensure your LEKI Telescoping Poles remain a reliable part of your gear for years. Wipe them off with a dry cloth after use, and avoid using lubricants, oils, or fats.
Periodically replace worn parts depending on their condition. After each race, disassemble the pole segments or extend to their maximum length and allow them to dry. This prevents oxidation from forming inside the tubes. Once reassembled, your LEKI Telescoping Poles are ready for your next adventure.
Maintain Your Folding Poles
Following our care instructions will keep your LEKI Folding Poles functioning reliably for years. If the poles get damp or wet, wipe each segment dry with a cloth. Fold and store them in a dry environment.
Prevent dirt, dust, and grime from entering the segments, as this can impair functionality and damage the poles. If dust or grit enters your poles, rinse with fresh water and dry them in the manner outlined above. If they become stuck as a result of dust or grit, a very small amount of Q-20 applied to an ear-bud and then to the affected area may help.
Which Parts Can Be Replaced?
All accessories and worn parts (handles, loops, discs, tips) can be replaced with LEKI products. We recommend self-replacement only for baskets with integrated threading. For glued tips or handles, please consult a trusted LEKI specialist dealer.
